Dr. Santos has served as a pastor of Greenhills Christian Fellowship (GCF) for 16 years, 13 of which were in Manila and 3 of which are in Toronto. In 3 years, GCF-Toronto helped in planting 3 other churches in Peel, Vancouver, and Calgary, and is currently assisting in the development of 2 other church-plants in York and Winnipeg. Rev. Santos is an ordained pastor with the Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec. While serving as full-time pastor in Manila, Dr. Santos taught New Testament as adjunct professor at the International School of Theology – Asia and the Asia Graduate School of Theology. He also authored 5 books, contributed a chapter in 3 edited books, prepared 3 bible study materials on gospel and culture, published 6 articles for different academic journals, presented 18 academic papers in North America and the Philippines, and wrote 35 articles for various Philippine Christian magazines. In 2002, Dr. Santos was a recipient of a sabbatical grant from the Langham Writers Program of the John Stott Ministries at the Tyndale House, University of Cambridge, in England.
